Toni Bennett

I am a people person with 35 years of experience as a government employee and as a lay minister in my church, where I have supported both my family and community. I served as East Grand Block Club President in 2023 and 2024, and for 15 years I was Junior Daughter Counselor with the Knights of St. Peter Claver. I have also been a caregiver for 25 years, a role I continue today.

Justice & Equity:
I am committed to addressing the historical and ongoing harms of extractive energy systems and ensuring that marginalized communities are not disproportionately burdened by energy costs or pollution. I believe solar energy means clean energy, and I want to see it used to benefit those who have too often been left out of the transition.
