I was born and raised in Highland Park. Currently a resident of Highland Park. I am a graduate of Highland Park High School. I studied at Michigan State University majoring in Communications. I have an Associates degree in Liberal Arts from Wayne County Community College. I served on the initial board to reorganize the Highland Park NAACP. I am currently still a member of the NAACP HP branch 3139. I am a radio host with two weekly broadcasts in Highland Park on WHPR . Classic Gospel every Sunday and Positively HP every Thursday. I am a member of The New Grace Church.  I am a mother of two adult sons, grandmother to 1 grandson.
